Your Evidence Package
When identity verification is complete, you receive a comprehensive evidence package that proves exactly who received your documents and when.
- Verified recipient name and ID document details
- Cryptographic timestamp of verification moment: the exact moment is established objectively
- IP address, device fingerprint, browser & OS
- SHA-256 hash of delivered file contents, proves the file was not altered in transit
This evidence package provides strong circumstantial proof. The combination of verified identity, cryptographic timestamps, and file hashes creates a robust chain of evidence that is difficult to refute.
KYC identity checks: know who you're dealing with
KYC (Know Your Customer): verify a person once, ahead of time. Verified contacts get a green check in your contacts and in the send screen.

Send a verification link
From the KYC portal in your dashboard you invite the person by e-mail.

The person verifies
Via a secure page: scan of passport, ID card or driver's license + a live selfie.
Step 3
Green check & reuse
The contact gets a green check as information. The sender decides whether a fresh ID check is needed on a next delivery; the earlier KYC check is noted in the delivery certificate.

One sealed CDD dossier certificate, ready for your records
Sound familiar? Your due diligence is scattered across screenshots, e-mails and loose PDFs. When your supervisor audits you, you have to assemble everything by hand and prove that, and how, you did it.
Your client data is automatically erased after 90 days (GDPR data minimisation). The sealed, timestamped CDD certificate is retained as your Wwft record for the statutory retention period (5 years). You can download and archive it in your own records at any time.
