Proof of Delivery For Every Secured Transfer
When your recipient downloads, you receive a complete delivery report with timestamp, file hash, IP address, device info, and OS. Verifiable proof of receipt for every file transfer.

Verifiable proof of receipt
Every download generates a complete proof package: technical data for transparency, legal certification for court validity.
Exact Timestamp
Precise date and time when the recipient downloaded your files. Legally valid proof of the delivery moment.
File Hash Verification
SHA-256 cryptographic hash proves the exact file content delivered. Tamper-proof evidence of what was sent.
IP Address & Location
The IP address and geographic location of the recipient at the moment of download.
Device & OS Information

Biometric ID Verification
Recipient verifies identity with government ID + biometric selfie. Proof of exactly who received your documents.
Two-Factor Verification
Ensures only the intended recipient can access files. Enhanced security for sensitive transfers.

Only the verified recipient gets access
Biometric identity verification via passport, driver's license or ID card. Court-ready evidence package, for when uncertainty about delivery is not an option.
- NFC passport or camera scan + live selfie
- Cryptographic timestamp + audit trail
- GDPR: EU-only processing, minimal retention
Establish your client's identity, provably
For many professions, verifying a client's identity is a legal requirement (anti-money-laundering law). TransferGuard makes that identity check simple: you send one link, your client scans their passport and takes a live selfie, and you get a provable, recorded result, without an in-office appointment.
Legally required for, among others
Anti-money-laundering law requires client due diligence, including establishing identity, for gatekeeper professions.
TransferGuard handles the identity-verification part of client due diligence. The broader anti-money-laundering obligations (such as risk assessment and PEP screening) remain your responsibility.
One link, no appointment
Send an email invite. Your client verifies at home on their phone: passport scan and biometric live selfie, in a few minutes.
Biometric NFC check
The passport chip is read and matched against a live face scan with anti-spoof. A photo or mask won't pass.
Provably recorded
You receive a timestamped result; keep it in your file as evidence of the due diligence performed.
Verify once, then reuse
A verified contact gets a green check. You decide whether a new transaction needs a fresh check; the earlier verification is noted in the delivery certificate.
See when your document is actually read
Open Detection records the viewer render, reading time and scroll depth. Stronger proof than a manual confirm click.
- Render detection, not just download
- Integrity score per delivery
- GDPR-safe: hashed IP, no fingerprint tracking
What if the recipient ignores and doesn't download?
An honest comparison with physical registered mail. Both deliver evidence of a reasonable delivery attempt; the digital variant does so in even greater detail.

Evidence for sender
Evidential weight
Privacy & security, by design
Identity data is treated with the highest care: minimal storage, EU only, deleted as soon as verification is complete.
End-to-end encrypted
From browser to delivery
Every byte is end-to-end encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Files are encrypted in your browser before upload, transmitted over TLS, and only decrypted in the recipient's browser after verification.
Every byte is end-to-end encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Files are encrypted in your browser before upload, transmitted over TLS, and only decrypted in the recipient's browser after verification.
For maximum guarantees you can enable E2EE+ per transfer. The encryption key never reaches our server: it lives only in the part of the download link after the # sign (browsers never forward fragments to servers). A database breach plus a server-secret leak still cannot decrypt these transfers. The trade-off: Office files can only be downloaded (not in-browser previewed) and forgetting your password makes your own past E2EE+ transfers unrecoverable from other devices.
The sender chooses one of three proof levels (Standard, Enhanced, Verifiable), each capturing only what is needed for that level of evidence. Portrait photo and full document details are ONLY included when the sender explicitly picks the Verifiable level AND the recipient consents. Files are deleted from our storage when the configured retention period expires.
Files are stored inside the EU via datacenters in France and Germany, designed for organisations that need to send confidential documents securely. Processing happens entirely under European data-protection law from start to finish.
AI-driven liveness detection blocks masks, printed photos, screen replays and deepfake video attacks. The recipient must be physically present, with subtle micro-movements and depth cues confirming a live human face, not a recording.
Data-minimisation: we collect only what is strictly necessary for the evidence claim. Lawful basis (article 6 GDPR): consent + legitimate interest. Recipients have full right-to-erasure of their biometric metadata at any time. A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) is available on request.
Each verified delivery gets an independent third-party timestamp from an external time stamp authority. The timestamp is cryptographically bound to the file hash plus the verification metadata, making backdating mathematically impossible, even by us.

Confidentiality first, access second
A secure workspace for due diligence, M&A and sensitive case files. Recipients sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before they see a single document, and that acceptance is verifiably recorded in the receipt.
Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before access
You attach your own NDA text to the workspace. Every recipient must explicitly accept that confidentiality agreement before any document becomes visible. Who signed, at what moment and under which terms: it is recorded in the receipt.
- Your own NDA text per workspace
- Explicit acceptance before any document is shown
- Acceptance (who/when) verifiably in the receipt
Q&A linked to documents
Recipients ask due-diligence questions directly on a document. Every question and answer stays in context and in the audit trail.
View-only with traceable watermark
Documents open in a view-only viewer with a personal, traceable watermark showing who is viewing, so any leak points back to a source.
Identity-verification gate
Optionally require a biometric identity check per workspace, so you know exactly who entered the data room, not just an email address.
Document versioning
Update a document and earlier versions stay preserved. Recipients always see the current version; you keep the full history.
Full audit trail
Every event (NDA accepted, document viewed, question asked, version updated) is logged with timestamp for a complete record.
End-to-end encrypted (optional zero-knowledge)
All documents are end-to-end encrypted with AES-256-GCM. For maximum guarantees, enable zero-knowledge mode so the server can never decrypt.
